When it comes to training, are your graduates sent away on a training course for a day, and then expected to remember everything they were taught? Do you encourage continual professional development?
The Complete Programme is an initiative that wl ensure all your team is getting the training and development they need when it comes to business networking - from the new graduates, right through to the executives and senior partners.
Delivering education in separate segments promotes behavioural change more effectively than single workshops. Research shows the results of adults learning are much improved when key learning points are reinforced over the long term rather than overbearing the learner with lots of quick-fire information all at once.
Layering education through repetition is far more likely to result in lasting retention of the material and ultimately, application in practice.
The initial networking training process we offer is generally based on only providing new knowledge. However, from our vast experience in the professions, we understand that the need for training is different depending on the stage of a person’s career.
As a result of this we have carefully developed a brand new initiative, which we have called ‘The Complete Networking Skills Programme – the key to career development’ – from the new graduate to the experienced senior partner.
This programme is designed to span over a person's career, therefore we have split the programme into 6 Modules:
The programme covers various topics around business networking, and more stages are introduced as the modules develop. Graduates will be given the basic guidelines into attending a networking event and becoming more confident when starting off their career, through to senior partners hosting their own business networking events and ensuring they gain that new business opportunity. We also cover support staff who, although may not be directly involved in business development, we believe it is equally as important to give them an opportunity to broaden their business skills.
Please note: these modules are a guideline only, these can be tailor-made for your company's requirements.
If you would be interested in providing such a training programme for staff on all levels, please contact Ann Davies, Business Development Director on 0161 773 3727 or alternatively email ann@kintish.co.uk
